We are happy and excited to be welcoming patients back to the office! We have taken a few steps for your safety and ours. Please review the following instructions for entry into All Seasons Dental on the day of your appointment.

1. Complete the pre-screening form 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. The form is located on our website allseasonsdentalohio.com

2. Upon arrival please call the office at 330-833-4169 and wait in your vehicle for a team member to come out and greet you. If you do not have a phone, stay in your vehicle as we will be monitoring appointment times- and a team member will come out to greet you.

3. At your vehicle your temperature will be taken. Any parents or caregivers accompanying the patient will be screened as well.  All persons entering the building will be asked to wear a cotton mask. You may elect to bring your own or the office will provide one for you.

4. A team member will escort you directly to your treatment room.  Some third parties may be asked to stay in the vehicle. 

5. Upon entry to the treatment room, you will be asked to wash your hands and then be seated. An assistant will review the pre-treatment screening form.

6. If your screening is clear, you will be given a pre-rinse prior to dental care.
